May 7th Update - Mid Fuse Lower Structure
Big day of work. I clamped the F-01404 Bulkhead assembly with seat ribs to bench vertically, and attached the center bottom skin with clecos. Then with Kathy's help, riveted the center bottom skin to the assembly. After this, riveted the gear brace assembly to seat ribs per section 26-15, and the power outlet bracket. Finally, assembled the step attach weldments to the baggage ribs and completed both sides - attached with clecos to the seat rib/bulkhead/skin assembly - ready for riveting. Long day, big progress.

April 30th update
Fabricated idler brackets and flange bearing to form the idler bracket assembly. Clecoed F-01405 bulkhead to the seat rib assembly along with the bulkhead angle, match drilled per instructions, disassembled and deburred.
Fit the center bottom skin to the forward bottom skins, match drilled the corners of the gear leg openings, drilled nutplate holes #27, and enlarged future hole for brake fitting to 11/16".
Cut the gear leg openings in the bottom forward skins using dremel and then sanded/buffed edges smooth.
